smARTspace at 78th is home to over 6,000 square feet of event space inside Cleveland's largest art marketplace, 78th Street Studios.  Our building is a vibrant community of art galleries, artist, architecture and design studios and other creative businesses - the perfect setting for charity benefits, weddings and receptions, private parties, corporate retreats and more.

smARTspace at 78th includes tables and chairs for up to 200 when the space is being used for a full length event. Linens are not included with the space rental, but typically come from your full service caterer, or an outside company and we are happy to send recommendations!  

 

Catering, audio visual, security and standard event insurance costs are also the responsibility of event client.

Clients must hire a FULL SERVICE Caterer, but have the flexibility to use whomever they may choose.

 

While you are welcome to use any rental company to deliver items, we have a variety of other in-house equipment available to rent at rates around 20% lower than other sources with no delivery fee. 
 

Accessibility 
From the main (north) entrance of the 78th Street Studios building, guests must climb six steps to access smARTspace at 78th on the first floor. The building is ADA compliant with a wheelchair lift.
